Laser Resurfacing

The new Pixel Perfect system from Alma lasers is a fractionated CO2 laser used to resurface the face, neck, chest and hands. You will see a dramatic improvement in the tone and texture of the skin. The treatment will improve sun damaged skin, smooth fine lines and wrinkles, shrink pores and can reduce acne and other scars. The whole face can be treated for full face rejuvenation or just around the mouth for lip lines from loss of volume in the lips or smoking. Recovery time is significantly less than the traditional CO2 laser. The skin heals in 4-5 days and the pinkness fades over a period of weeks. Social downtime is usually the first 4-5 days and then make-up can lighten the redness. The treatment usually takes an hour depending on the areas treated and can be done in the office with light sedation and topical anesthesia.
